Wanted to use the restroom and this lady came down chasing me( There are no signs that the restroom is off limits for customers) as if I was a shoplifter. Very rude and shocking experience. Good selection of Barbour jackets. Orvis clothing quality has good down overall in recent years. Bought an expensive leather briefcase and zipper broke in one day. Trouser shrank in one wash. Robert and Simone who work there are always attentive and courteous.
