  I have purchased many plants from Kales and have been happy with their selection. Today I stopped by to pick up a few more perennials and I thought their 25% off sale started today. When I got to the check out area (with about $75 worth of plants) I was greeted by a person named Ashley. As she started to ring up my purchase I mentioned the sale to which she said it started tomorrow. I very nicely told her that I would come back tomorrow so I could get the sale price. She turned away from me grabbed my cart of plants and headed to put them back. I said to her why are you angry? I am coming back tomorrow. She did not respond and just kept walking. She is truly a customer service nightmare. I spoke with another person who proceeded to apologize for Ashley's behavior. I would guess she behaves that way anytime a customer has an issue.
