The company came to my house and refused to pick up the old appliance. Then they cited a rule they made up can't pick up appliances after 30 days. I went to the store the assistant manager would not even come over. They gave me a number of NJ Clean Energy which was totally bogus because they do not take away washers and the appliance needed to work!!! Hello the reason it was replaced was because it does not work. I asked Home Depot to show me the 30 day rule and they could not provide anything. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE at West Windsor Home Depot.
